What do I wear? Should we all just wear white shirts and jeans?
Here is my advice. Think coordinated rather than matching. Make your selections based on three or four colors. Feel free to mix florals and plaids. Be yourself! If you are comfortable, I am happy and we will get great pictures! If you would like further help from me I would be happy to look over your clothing selections before your session and help you decide what will look best on you and in your images.
Where will we hold the session? Do you have a studio? What are some good locations?
I think that all the world around us is a studio. Therefore, we will hold the session wherever YOU want, but it is very important that we work together to determine the best location. I have several go-to locations (natural or urban) in the Treasure Valley area that I love and I am always open to new ideas as well. Once your session is booked, tell me about the kind of feel you want to your images and we can determine the best location for your session. I do have a studio that works great for kids and all newborn photo sessions will be held at my studio.
What do I get with my initial photography investment? Do I get digital copies of my images?
All of my sessions include a disc of low-resolution, watermarked images for social media sharing, a set of 4″x6″ proofs and a print credit. An ala carte print menu will be available to you once your session is booked. Full resolution digital images may be purchased in addition to your print credit.
Can I post the images to my Facebook or personal blog?
Of course you can! The digital images are yours for that purpose. The only thing I ask is that you do not edit or alter them before sharing!
